BHMBA works to:
- Plan, build and maintain environmentally friendly and sustainable biking trails
- Be a source of information and resources for mountain bike enthusiasts
- Coordinate a variety of projects and events on behalf of the mountain biking community
- Collaborate with other organizations and community groups to promote both the sport of mountain biking and outdoor activities/tourism in South Dakota
Mountain biking is a sport that engages body, mind and spirit. Take a solo ride to clear your mind and experience nature up close, ride with family and friends for fun and adventure (and tall tales to tell later), or participate in rides, races, projects, meetings and social events that bring a whole new dimension to the biking experience.
Centenial Cleanup@ Deer Creek
There will be a scheduled cleanup day Saturday , november 9, at the Deer Creek section of Centenial Trail
We recieved word today from the District Ranger that trail cleanup by "good samaritans" will be appreciated and welcomed by the Forest Service.
The Volunteer Agreement between the club and FS is not in effect during the government shutdown, so this is done at the volunteers discretion, as there will not be Forest Service insurance covering it.
